  3. Once OTP verification is completed on your new mobile number, the change will take effect.
Name Change: If your name doesn't match your NID, send a copy of your NID to support and it will be corrected. However, name changes are not possible once KYC has been successfully completed.

Important: KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing, and withdrawals must be made to the same number used for the deposit.

  • For a long-term break, choose "Self-Exclusion" — available for periods ranging from 6 months to 5 years.

Permanent account closure:
  1. Email support@bdgo.life with the subject line: "Request to Permanently Close Account".
  2. Verify your identity using your registered mobile number and NID number.
  3. If you have a remaining balance, withdraw it before closing your account — claiming funds after closure can be difficult.
  4. The Support team will confirm your account closure within 48 hours.
