Eligibility & Age Requirement

Bd go only 18 years of age or older For individuals only. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Bd go may request a National ID (NID), passport, or other valid document for age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
• Access from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law is not permitted.
• Bd go employees are not permitted to place bets on any account.

Account Registration & Security

The information you provide at registration must be accurate and truthful. Incorrect details may cause problems during payment processing and could result in your account being suspended.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are accountable for all activity on your account — including any actions taken by a third party.

• Transferring or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Bd go recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Inactive accounts may be automatically marked as dormant after 12 months.

Deposits & Fund Management

You can deposit at bd go via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Once a deposit is completed, your balance is typically updated within minutes.

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from someone else's mobile banking account may cause issues — verification is carried out at the time of withdrawal.

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting or gaming on bd go.
• Bd go does not pay interest on any deposits.
• If a suspicious payment is detected, bd go may withhold crediting your account pending verification.
• Bd go is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.

Withdrawal & Payout Policy

Your account must be KYC verified before you can make a withdrawal. Verification only needs to be completed once. To complete KYC, you will need to upload a photo of your National ID or passport.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Larger amounts (generally above ৳50,000) may require additional verification, which can take 24–48 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies and varies depending on your account tier.

Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed on bd go, it is considered final — it generally cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Make sure all details are correct before placing your bet.

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during live betting, bd go reserves the right to settle the bet at the odds available at that moment. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by bd go.

• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbing) is prohibited.
• Coordinated betting between a user and associated parties is a punishable offence.
• Bd go reserves the right to set maximum bet limits.
• Match settlements are based on official results.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bd go offers a variety of bonuses — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, and cashback. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the promotions page.

All bonuses come with wagering requirements. Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be processed until these requirements are met. You can track your wagering progress in your account.

• Claiming a bonus multiple times from the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bd go reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Accounts found to have misused bonuses may be suspended or terminated.
• Wagering requirements also apply to winnings from free spins.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd go. Violations may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illicit funds.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on fixed matches or participating in match-fixing.
• Bots or Scripts: Placing bets using automated software.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Hacking or System Manipulation: Attempting to breach platform security.
• Syndicate Betting: Betting with multiple users to secure guaranteed profits.

Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your bd go account at any time — submit a request to support and it will be processed within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Bd go reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or suspicious activity.

• If your account is closed due to a terms violation, you may not be entitled to a refund of your remaining balance.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.
• After an account is closed, all data is retained for the legally required period.

Limitation of Liability

Bd go is not responsible for the outcome of your betting activity — wins and losses are entirely at your own risk. We provide a platform; we do not offer betting advice.

Bd go is not liable for internet disconnections, device issues, or delays caused by third-party payment gateways. However, if a loss occurs due to a fault on our end, bd go will arrange appropriate compensation.

• Bd go's maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
• Bd go is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Policy on Changes to Terms

Bd go reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page from time to time.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, your first step is bd go's customer support team directly to raise a complaint. We aim to respond within 72 hours. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

If an issue remains unresolved through support, you may apply for independent mediation. Final settlement will be governed by the jurisdiction and laws under which bd go operates.

• Must be submitted within 30 days of the date the complaint was filed.
• Please clearly state the relevant date, amount, and details in your complaint.
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended during an ongoing dispute.
